Latch-Gard LG130Z is a narrow 1-3/4 x 10 inch latch guard for out-swinging commercial doors. The steel plate covers the latch area so the latch bolt cannot be retracted. Made in the USA.

  • Plate: 1-3/4 in wide x 10 in high, 12 gauge steel, 0.105 in thick, two square holes
  • Finish: zinc plated and lacquer coated
  • Mounting holes: 7-1/2 in center to center
  • Door: out-swinging commercial, 1-3/4 in thick
  • Lock: rose or escutcheon 3-1/2 in or smaller. Also Type 86 mortise or Type 161 cylindrical locks
  • Handing: reversible for right or left openings
  • Install: drill two holes in the door. Confirm swing, thickness, and rose size before ordering
  • Hardware: two 5/16-18 x 1-1/2 in carriage bolts with SF710 tamper-resistant flush fasteners
